We are currently seeking a Facilities Property Manager to join the team of a large local bank and oversee twenty branches located both on Oahu and the neighbor islands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the property including project management, maintenance, and repair. You will work closely with general contractors, vendors, and distributors to ensure projects are completed within a reasonable time frame and within budget.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least four years of property management experience.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$25 to $29 an hour, plus performance based bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming properties division mail and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining and recording both accounts payable and accounts receivable spreadsheets related to payment of rent and routine service vendors.
  • Assist in verifying and processing payments for all invoices relating to department/branch activities.
  • Assist leadership with maintenance of real estate lease files and documentation.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance, repair and other activities as required for various bank-owned properties.
  • Assist facilities manager with administrative and clerical assignments, as required.
  • Coordinate with internal customers and external vendors as work is being scheduled and completed.
  • Document tasks utilizing management tools once tasks are completed.
  • Assist with and perform service desk duties when needed.
  • Issue keys and access cards upon receipt of authorized control forms.
  • Answer phones, emails, and requests when required
  • Coordinate notices to bank departments.
  • Coordinate training calendar and parking requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in property management, including project management, general principals of construction, contracts, electrical/mechanical/structural elements of a structure, and general architectural.
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to read and understand bank-related documents.
  • Knowledgeable with computers and various software (i.e., eProperties).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
