$22 an hourResponsibilities
- Enroll, cancel, and change health plan memberships.
- Monitor and track monthly health plan eligibility.
- Handle COBRA administration and compliance, including issuing election forms and processing elections and payments.
- Receive and respond to unemployment claims.
- Gather data, obtain documents, and extract details.
- Assist with client and employee inquiries regarding all aspects of employee benefits, leaves of absence, and unemployment.
- Read and analyze general business journals.
- Conduct research for unemployment hearings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years of combined education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Motivated, dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking.
