Lifestyle Concierge

Our client is seeking a customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Lifestyle Concierge. In this role, you will work with clients and assist them with their day-to-day duties so they can focus on what matters most to them.

Qualified candidates will have 3 years of customer service experience and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

During training, you will be working 20-25 hours a week. Once fully trained, your hours will be increased to 35-40 hours a week. Also, receive bonus potential for any new client acquisitions!

$22 to $25 an hour

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Establish relationships with clients.
• Handle client requests and provide accurate and timely information. 
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner via phone, text, email, etc.
• Network and bring in potential leads to acquire new business (generous sales compensation included).
• Drive company vehicle to fulfill requests.
• Assist with scheduling.
• Perform data entry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Knowledgeable with QuickBooks a plus.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and posting.
• A keen interest in local and global lifestyle experiences (shopping, sports, culture, travel, etc.).
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
