$60,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Identify healthcare needs and develop program objectives.
- Design program strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate program staffing, budgeting, and logistics.
- Monitor program activities and provide guidance and support to staff.
- Develop data collection and evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness.
- Analyze program data to measure outcomes and identify trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or related field.
- Previous experience in program management within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
- Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, regulations, and quality improvement principles.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
