No, that’s a common misconception. Aside from temporary work we also offer temp-to-hire and direct-hire solutions designed to fit your goals, schedule, and career plans.
Temporary: Assignments can be as short as one day or last a year. Temporary work is a great option if you are in-between jobs, looking for additional income, or seeking to gain a skill.
Temp-to-Hire: This option allows you to work in a role before making a long term commitment. It gives you the chance to see if the company and position are the right fit for you.
Direct Hire: We match you with long-term opportunities that align with your experience and career goals. If selected, you are hired directly by the employer and join their team from day one.
Per Diem and Contract: Our Medical Staffing team supplies leading hospitals and facilities with per diem and contract nurses. Per diem shifts are perfect if you work another job and are looking for supplemental income or want to pick up extra shifts. Contract assignments typically last for extended periods of time and are great if you are looking for on-going work.
We carefully assess each candidate to find the best employer-employee match. The screening process will vary based on the position you applied for and may include a phone assessment, skills testing, virtual or in-person interview, and reference checks. Depending on client policy, it may also include background checks and drug testing.
We do our best to make every placement a perfect fit, but we understand that it doesn’t always work out. If a position isn’t right for you, let your recruiter know right away, and we’ll help you find another opportunity that better suits you.
Working with a staffing company gives you access to opportunities you may not find on your own. A staffing company often has positions that aren’t publicly listed on a company’s website. This is because many companies don’t have the time to recruit themselves, so they rely on the expertise of a staffing company to get them the best match possible.
You also gain an advocate in your corner to help negotiate things like better pay. We know industry pay averages and can easily assess how your skills stack up, so that we can help you negotiate a fair salary.
Beyond job placement, we provide valuable feedback on your resume, interview approach, and professional presentation to help you stand out. And if one opportunity is not the right fit, we continue working for you. New openings come in every day, so you stay connected to fresh possibilities without starting your search over each time.

Yes. In many of the industries we serve, we offer direct-hire and temp-to-hire solutions to help employers build long-term teams. For healthcare roles, we primarily support organizations through long-term contract staffing, where professionals work on extended assignments rather than being hired directly by the facility.
