No. There is never a cost to work with us, even when we place you in a job. All services are paid for by our clients and are never taken out of your hourly rate or salary.

Yes! We provide one of the most comprehensive sets of benefits in the industry. When working with ALTRES you qualify for benefits such as free medical insurance, holiday and vacation pay, a 401(k) plan with 6% match, employee discounts on a variety of services and entertainment, and many other outstanding perks.

We carefully assess each candidate to find the best employer-employee match. The screening process will vary based on the position you applied for and may include a phone assessment, skills testing, personality assessment, virtual or in-person interview, and reference checking.

If your resume closely matches the job criteria of an open position our staffing team will share it with the local businesses we work with. If the employer selects your resume a member of our team will reach out to you with next steps. There may be several candidates who meet an employer’s requirements for each position, and our clients are ultimately the ones making the final hiring decisions.

We try our best to personally contact each applicant. Not hearing back from us could mean that we don’t typically partner with businesses that staff for your background; we don’t currently have open positions that closely match your background or job requirements; or we have received other applicants who more closely match our clients’ criteria.

We can’t determine how long it will take and we cannot guarantee you work. However, we can guarantee you that we’re working hard to match qualified people with our client’s job openings. Just keep in mind that the final decision is made by the local businesses we work with. A candidate can possess all the necessary skills and experience for a position; however our client may not choose them. Although we’d like to help every applicant get a job, it’s our clients who make the final decision.
